Stephen is a medical oncologist who’s current research interests include the application of machine learning to capture and integrate serial multimodal data obtained during neoadjuvant chemotherapy. By combining features derived from breast tumour molecular profiling, advanced imaging analysis, digital pathology and circulating biomarkers he is developing models that are predictive of response to chemotherapy and charting the dynamic evolution of tumours as they are subjected to chemotherapy.
