Professor Brian Huntly

August 6, 2020

Brian is a clinician scientist and consultant haematologist, Head of Department of Haematology at the University of Cambridge and Cambridge University Hospitals. The focus of Brian’s research group is on understanding how normal stem and progenitor cell function is subverted during the step-wise evolution of haematological malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) and malignant lymphomas and how this might be therapeutically targeted to prevent the development of haematological malignancies or to treat established disease.
